You should be around at least 60 fps with a 970 and a 4670k, you already have 16GB of ram. I do know however that some games will run an i5 flat out on all cores but it looks like you have a perfect system there. Resist the itch but i know its hard lol

If you buy a key from kinguin or other sellers, you add the code to steam and download it, i bought the dvd copy coz my internet speed is crap, then you just install it through steam, dont buy the game directly through steam though as its much more expensive
