don't go amd,for that price providing it dosnt include monitor etc I would get the skylake i3 6100 with a gigabyte H110M-H motherboard and 8gb of ram, then buy a used graphics card to whack in there (gtx 960s and 970s are going cheap now) and a half decent but cheap psu,

motherboard, cpu and ram will be under £204 delivered next day from scan

cpu

ram

mobo

I have the same as I have linked except I have the i3 6320 instead of the i3 6100,its a GREAT budget build but is future proofed as you can upgrade to a skylake i5 or i7 in the future should you wish, also the i3 skylake cpus run any graphics card up to a gtx 970 very well indeed.

having just upgraded from amd myself I wish I just started with intel, the i3 6100 will even out perform the fx 8350 in some games,go budget intel, that would be my advice :)
