Hivizman doesn't mean is it solid, what he is saying is take off the cooler reapply your thermal paste or whatever your using then reattach the heatsink, it is a common saying check the mounting means to redo the TIM to see if you got a bad mount which you would not be able to see it is under the heatsink on top of the CPU.

Try this and come back and tell us the new temps.

That is true....the cooler can seem solid but might not be making great contact. Check that the TIM, if you take it off, is a very thin, even see-through layer and spread evenly etc. if it is still a thick layer on CPU and heatsink or not spread out much..circle does not reach edges of CPU hten maybe contact needs adjustment...backplates checking if they are the right way round etc.

Might not be your case of course...just saying...loads of people deliding those CPUs because they do run hot etc.
