The new performance driver is out from nVidia, the 337.50 Beta. Performance increases are as high as 64% on some games so if you have an nVidia card, do yourself a favour and give these a go. They work the same as AMD's Mantle by reducing cpu overhead on cpu bound games, but these drivers also greatly favour those with high-end cpu's where as Mantle helps with more of an older or slower cpu. I have them installed and the performance is mind blowing seeing as they got this extra performance from building a well optimized driver for DirectX and not building a new api. You can grab them below. Kudos to nVidia. :D

I cant notice that much of a difference with the shader cache thingy but I suppose it's early in development. The next whql's are suppose to bring another bit of performance, im eagerly awaitin em :D

The 337.81 Beta's are out and fix a few problems and adds a few SLI profiles for games. Also for you Greg it fixes 4k SLI problems with the Samsung U28D590D which I believe is your monitor? "It fixes Ultra HD display not working perfectly on SLI configurations, on certain displays, such as the Samsung U28D590D". Mite be worth you taking a look :).
